Shipping Policy
All VitalBlue orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification via SMS and/or email when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer standard and express Australia Post shipping rates which are applied at checkout based on the size of your package. You may wish to choose the Express Shipping route if you need your order delivered faster.
Approximate shipping times:
Within Australia:
- Standard Shipping - 2-5 days
- Express Shipping - 1-3 days
To New Zealand:
- Standard Shipping - 4-10 days
- Express Shipping - 2-6 days
Deliveries are made from 8:30am on Monday-Friday.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your tracking details within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@vitalblue.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be unopened and in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
