ORDER & SHIPPING

Q: When will my order be processed?
A: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after your order confirmation email is received. Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST may be processed the following business day.

Q: How long does shipping take within Australia?
A: We offer:

Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we ship to New Zealand:

Standard Shipping: 4–10 business days

Express Shipping: 2–6 business days

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to become active. If you haven’t received it within 3 days, contact support@vitalblue.com.au.

 PAYMENT

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes, we use SSL encryption and secure payment gateways. We do not store your card information on our servers.

Q: Will I be charged any additional fees?
A: All prices include GST. If you're purchasing from outside Australia, your bank may charge currency conversion or international transaction fees.

 RETURNS & REFUNDS

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You may return unused items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Contact support@vitalblue.com.au to initiate the process.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: No, we don’t offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide pre-paid labels.

Q: Is there a restocking fee?
A: Yes, a restocking fee of AUD $29.99 will be deducted from your refund.

Q: How long does it take to get a refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and issued to your original payment method.
